Ambleside Days was founded in 2017
in fond memory of John Taylor 1942-2015
who performed and enjoyed Zeffirellis over many years
he wrote and recorded Ambleside Days in 1992 from a Zeffirellis commission supported by Northern Arts.
Many of the musicians who interact on this four day festival were inspired by Johns work
